Mr. Häberli formerly served as President, North American Tissue Operations and Technology, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Strategy and on the Board of Directors of Fort James Corporation. Mr. Häberli also served as President of Pet International and in various roles with the Phillip Morris Companies, Inc. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Häberli qualifies as an Audit Committee Financial Expert. |
