Ms. Fretz previously served as Senior Vice President, Mid-Continent Refining, Marketing & Logistics, of Sunoco, Inc., an energy company, from December 2000 to October 2001 and Senior Vice President, Lubricants and Logistics, from January 1997 to December 2000.
